Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments for senior clients, identifying their unique care requirements and mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, and grief related to aging and life transitions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to craft individualized geriatric care plans that enhance clients’ quality of life.
