Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, integrating pre-crisis, crisis intervention, risk assessments, behavioral guidelines, and medication management as necessary.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous records of client progress and interactions.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions in collaboration with the clinical team to identify client needs effectively.

• Work collaboratively to develop and implement individualized positive behavior support plans, enhancing overall client wellness and engagement.

• Actively participate in and contribute to all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets and exceeds quality standards.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and resource availability.

• Foster effective communication with stakeholders and promote the agency's mission throughout the community.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations that support mental health initiatives, seeking new alliances and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional development, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

• Integrate and advocate for the agency’s core values, philosophy, and mission in all interactions and responsibilities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operations and client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
