Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to establish crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to provide accurate assessments and track client progress.

• Work in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation procedures, maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.

• Act as a liaison for clients with various service systems, agency partners, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive support.

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with local and state agencies to identify funding opportunities and expand service reach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance use, and individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury. This role requires a sensitivity to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client, allowing for tailored therapeutic approaches that align with their personal goals for wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An Independent LMHC License is required to practice in Texas. We support counselors licensed in other states with fee coverage to become licensed in Texas.
