Work Environment\n

This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing you with a flexible and convenient work-life balance. You will connect with patients through teletherapy sessions, ensuring they receive the necessary support while accommodating their individual circumstances. Although primarily remote, you will also have the option to conduct in-person sessions at our outpatient office when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and goals, developing personalized treatment plans that guide their therapeutic journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to promote mental health awareness and foster a supportive community.
\n
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, support clients during mental health emergencies, and develop safety plans that empower individuals.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Actively participate in weekly case consultations and team meetings, contributing to collective learning and continuous improvement.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and staying updated with the latest research in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
