Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychologists, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of current research in mental health.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and recommendations for client care improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide support to a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload.
