Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to promote client well-being, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Monitor clients' progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans to ensure they achieve their mental health goals.

• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms, self-care strategies, and other essential life skills that foster resilience.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, advanced certification, clinical supervision, and mentorship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working closely with diverse populations ranging from children to adults, each undergoing their unique challenges. Clients may experience a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be crucial in fostering a safe, welcoming environment that encourages clients to share their experiences, enabling you to guide them toward healthier mindsets and lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A current Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling services within a behavioral health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
