Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and other psychotherapeutic methods.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, regularly assessing and monitoring their progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to integrate services and ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to families in acute situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and positive conflict resolution strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer support meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and promote best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily includes children, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will be working with clients who present with concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted state license in Washington as either an LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, specifically with children and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients, fostering a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
