Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and direct patient interactions to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions employing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to a variety of clients including individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering an inclusive and communicative patient community.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring coordinated and effective patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for mental health emergencies, acting as a reliable resource during critical situations.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective therapeutic plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong ethical standards and professional boundaries, with a commitment to client confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health records systems and the ability to utilize technology for remote care delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
