Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health concerns.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based best practices.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations in managing sensitive client information.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes using an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center on a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with the ability to practice telehealth.

• Strong ethical foundation to uphold client confidentiality and adhere to telehealth standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
