Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional well-being, and social functioning, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs, realities, and goals of each client.

• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, adapting approaches according to the needs of clients.

• Continuously monitor and track clients' progress through regular check-ins and progress notes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in need, utilizing your expertise to stabilize and guide them through challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to promote comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatments, trends, and research, and apply that knowledge in clinical practice.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Insightful Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
