Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of the clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique history, strengths, and areas for growth, followed by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Document client progress accurately in electronic health records while adhering to compliance standards and best practices in clinical documentation.

• Continuously update your knowledge of current trends and research in mental health to enhance the quality and effectiveness of your counseling practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) or an equivalent credential.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and adeptness in addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
