Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed psychiatric or psychosocial assessments and mental status examinations to understand the needs of your clients.

• Collaboratively developing comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique circumstances and requirements of each individual.

• Providing therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, psychoeducation, and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.

• Utilizing various therapeutic techniques, such as role-playing and social skills training, to enhance patients' interpersonal effectiveness in their communities.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient encounters using our electronic health record system, adhering to privacy and organizational guidelines.

• Engaging in ongoing evaluation of treatment efficacy and patient outcomes, adjusting approaches based on measurable results.

• Working closely with referral sources and other key stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population from Arlington and surrounding regions, addressing a wide range of behavioral health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n
