Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your essential responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing culturally sensitive individual and group counseling related to mental health and substance abuse issues, conducting effective case management as needed.

• Consulting and collaborating with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to ensure comprehensive coordination of client care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation as per RAMS policies and standards, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices.
\n
• Responding effectively to crises by providing immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative consultation with Health Services Agency (HSA) staff regarding client care strategies and challenges.
\n
• Participating in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and peer supervision to foster professional development and enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment recommendations.
\n
• Completing psychological assessment reports, including offering vocational recommendations and feedback tailored to clients’ comprehension levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Our clients may present with varying mental health challenges, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Your role will involve outreach and basic assistance as well as crisis counseling, enabling you to make a substantial difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid state-issued Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in compliance with state regulations.

• Proficiency in a variety of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with mental health diagnostic criteria.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• A strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n
