Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, assessing client histories comprehensively and collaboratively determining appropriate treatment approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, enhancing interpersonal skills and community engagement among participants from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Regularly consult with the Clinical Director to develop and improve program activities, ensuring optimal therapeutic experiences for all clients.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating effectively with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to align treatment strategies.
\n
• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, considering their unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient progress using approved digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\n
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic techniques and interventions, adapting approaches based on patient feedback and outcomes.

• Take part in the credentialing committee, contributing to the standard of excellence at Inspire Counseling Center.
\n
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the clinic's mission and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will provide innovative therapeutic approaches, utilizing your knowledge of empirically supported therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other methodologies to foster recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or a related field.
\n
• Active mental health licensure in the state of Washington (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
\n
• A robust understanding of diverse therapeutic approaches, with a strong grounding in evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, including a desire to learn from colleagues and integrate new knowledges.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with children and families, particularly those with developmental differences or mental health challenges.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and previous experience in a remote counseling role will be beneficial.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, with a focus on developing tailored support strategies.
