Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting supervision sessions with the site supervisor to discuss client cases and therapy approaches.

• Attending regular staff meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive team dynamics and to stay informed on agency protocols.
\n
• Identifying and leveraging resources across the agency to support client needs effectively.
\n
• Completing agency orientations and familiarizing yourself with policies, procedures, and meeting new team members.
\n
• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting any necessary research to tailor your approach.
\n
• Participating in small group supervision, discussing psycho-educational materials, and sharing insights through video analyses.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in both written and electronic formats.
\n
• Coordinating services with partner agencies while facilitating client visits and consultations.
\n
• Conducting in-depth client consultations, collaborating with other professionals as needed to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Documenting case notes, assessments, and treatment evaluations, providing essential feedback for ongoing care.

• Contributing to the development of Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) that address client goals and treatment objectives.

• Supporting therapists in scoring and interpreting psychometric assessments to provide evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will employ a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively to empower them on their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, driving effective therapeutic engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, confirmed through a third-party verification process.

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
