Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of essential functions that include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and determining appropriate treatment modalities.
• Establishing and maintaining individual treatment plans that reflect client goals, preferences, and clinical best practices.
• Facilitating client sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support mental health and personal growth.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in both written and electronic formats, including case notes and treatment summaries.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to coordinate care and ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Participating in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision, contributing to ongoing professional development and team learning.
• Staying abreast of developments in mental health policies, practices, and research to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of clients encompassing various socio-economic backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory as per state regulations.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, with verification from a third-party source.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, with an ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive remuneration is offered, with a salary range of USD 52,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
