Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using various evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Engage in crisis management and develop strategies to address immediate client needs effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adapt therapeutic interventions based on data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and case managers to ensure comprehensive care that prioritizes the client’s welfare.

• Embrace a flexible clinical approach to meet the individual preferences and needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals coping with a variety of mental health concerns such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, trauma-related issues, and grief. Your role as a mental health counselor will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals through tailored treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Experience in providing psychotherapy and a strong understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Proven diagnostic and clinical skills tailored for a fast-paced telehealth environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
