Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate client mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and various psychotherapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring interventions to meet diverse client preferences.

• Manage crisis situations with sensitivity and effectiveness, ensuring immediate support and safety for patients in distress.

• Deliver weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions, assessing client progress and adjusting therapeutic techniques based on data-driven insights.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress within our EMR system to facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate with case management and other healthcare providers to create a robust support system for clients, fostering comprehensive, holistic healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will interact with a diverse patient population, servicing individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma-related issues, and grief. Qualifications\n
