This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with clients across Auburn, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments for clients experiencing various disorders.

• Utilize a range of psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct regular follow-up treatment sessions, either weekly or biweekly, to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on data-driven insights.

• Engage in crisis management as needed, ensuring immediate and effective intervention.
\n
• Document treatment plans and client interactions in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, maintaining the highest standards for confidentiality and adherence to regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with case management professionals to ensure holistic care, making necessary referrals to additional services when appropriate.
\n
• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients, providing compassionate and non-judgmental support throughout their healing journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals suffering from mild to moderate mental health conditions, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief-related issues, and other trauma-related challenges. You will tailor your approach based on client preferences, ensuring that your therapeutic techniques resonate effectively with each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and valid professional licensure in the State of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of psychotherapy techniques and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively and effectively with diverse clients and coworkers.

• A clean professional history with no Medical Malpractice Claims, as verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client appointments while maintaining a calm demeanor.
