Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessing new client histories and determining appropriate treatment interventions in consultation with clients, their families, and other mental health professionals.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate engaging program activities tailored to enhance the therapeutic experience for all patients.
\n
• Participate in credentialing committee meetings and contribute to establishing clinical standards that align with the best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to create comprehensive care plans.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ progress using established platforms and methodologies.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, therapy efficacy, and clinical interventions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.

• Stay current with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling and be prepared to perform additional duties as assigned that promote our organizational mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families, many of whom experience developmental differences. Understanding and adapting to the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client is paramount in providing effective support and fostering a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

• A commitment to continuous professional development and high-quality client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with children or families, particularly those with developmental differences.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and other modalities focused on individual needs.
