Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in both group and individual settings.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues and working towards their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date and confidential.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, enhancing comprehensive care and support for our clients through shared insights and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards within the mental health field.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, easily establishing rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
