Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to devise individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other clinicians, to provide holistic care and support for our clients.

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year.
