Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and crisis interventions, ensuring accurate assessments of client needs and appropriate follow-up care.

• Complete all required clinical documentation thoroughly and promptly, adhering to industry standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate in clinical supervision sessions with the Clinical Supervisor, discussing case progress and enhancing your therapeutic skills and strategies.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary mental health and medical rounds, contributing insights related to patient care within collaborative team settings.
\n
• Actively participate in treatment planning and case conferences, fostering a coordinated approach to mental health care among team members.
\n
• Possibly conduct psychological testing as assigned and supervise student volunteers or social work interns to enrich the learning environment.

• Coordinate with Reentry Social Workers to develop comprehensive discharge plans that align with client needs and available resources.
\n
• Ensure seamless patient care by collaborating with other institutional programs and services, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.
\n
• Lead and develop therapeutic group sessions on mental health observation units as assigned, employing evidence-based practices to support group dynamics and individual growth.

• Complete required statistical reports to assist in tracking organizational outcomes and client progress.

You will work primarily with children and adolescents, catering to their unique needs and addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state of California, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
