Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients across diverse settings, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities as suited to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain updated clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients' mental health journeys.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current with the best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, many of whom may have limited access to traditional care. Clinicians will work with diverse populations, tailoring their therapeutic approaches to address the unique backgrounds, cultural contexts, and experiences of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a preference for experience in trauma-informed care settings.

• A deep understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
