Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluation of clients, developing individualized treatment plans that address specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate personal growth.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring a tailored approach for varied circumstances.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline processes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
