Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that cater to each client’s distinct needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in alignment with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at our center, you will serve a diverse population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
