Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster peer support, allowing clients to share their experiences and strategies in a safe and nurturing environment.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions, in which you will assess client needs, explore their thoughts and behaviors, and collaboratively develop tailored coping strategies.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges and aspirations.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress through regular assessments and feedback methods, ensuring adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is the young adult demographic, serving individuals aged 18 to 30 in our outpatient programs. This age group presents unique challenges as they transition into adulthood, often facing obstacles like anxiety, depression, and the pressures of academic and professional life. As you contribute your expertise, you will make a direct impact on their ability to navigate these pivotal years with resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have experience in:

• Working with young adults and navigating mental health challenges specific to this age group.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
