This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide valuable mental health services from the comfort of your own home or a location of your choice within Pennsylvania. You will utilize various digital tools and platforms to conduct sessions and maintain secure client records.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing an array of evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with state guidelines and ethical standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic client care, collaborating with other mental health professionals and stakeholders as needed.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and trainings that keep you abreast of new trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients from diverse backgrounds who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
