You will have the autonomy to determine your caseload, typically ranging between 10 to 30 billable hours a week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted short-term psychotherapy for clients utilizing multiple treatment modalities, including crisis intervention, supportive therapy, and couples counseling.

• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients with mental health and dual disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, critically assessing and adjusting treatment approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients through evidence-based methods.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical expertise and contribute to the quality management initiatives of the organization.

• Provide resources and information to clients and their families regarding mental health services and community support options.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
