This role is structured to facilitate remote working conditions, promoting a flexible schedule tailored to individual clinician availability and caseload management. Our therapists are empowered to establish their own caseloads, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, allowing for ample space for personal and professional commitments. All client interactions occur through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for both clients and staff. Team members are encouraged to participate in virtual or scheduled in-person group consultations to enhance collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to individuals and families.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and employ therapeutic techniques for stress management, addiction counseling, and couples therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records through electronic health systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in case management to coordinate care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, for comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, aiming to enhance clinical skills and service delivery.

• Assess treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served by our therapists represent a wide range of backgrounds and mental health needs. Our patient population includes individuals facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 75,000 and 125,000 yearly based on experience and qualifications.
