Work Environment\n

This full-time LMFT position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions through a secure online platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Lead individual and couples therapy sessions via secure telehealth technology, providing support and guidance to facilitate personal and relational healing.

• Regularly meet with clients to deliver ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans as required based on patient progress and feedback.

• Evaluate and document patient progress through ongoing assessments to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment goals.

• Coordinate with other practitioners and refer clients to specialists as needed to address complex mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
