Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health and educational challenges, identifying their strengths and resources for intervention.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique developmental and emotional needs of students using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals that align with both academic and mental health objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to student well-being.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated support system for students.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
