Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions that align with each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments while managing an updated calendar to ensure efficient client management and follow-up.

• Utilizing our streamlined billing service which aids in handling claims, managing client accounts, and conducting benefit eligibility checks to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

• Working collaboratively with fellow team members to support each other’s practice, sharing insights, best practices, and resources to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a varied population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples, who present with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Self-motivated and self-sufficient with the ability to manage time effectively.

• Readiness to maintain a minimum caseload of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings each week.
