Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their personal goals and needs.

• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and updates regarding client progress.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor their situations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Work closely with school staff, parents, and caregivers to support the mental health needs of students, facilitating better outcomes in educational settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Active LICSW License in Washington State.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this remote position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Mercy Mental Health Services offers a robust benefits package, including:
