Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs—utilizing effective interviewing techniques and clinical evaluation methods.

• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of clients and their circumstances.

• Develop and implement detailed service plans that align with clients' goals, regularly revising these plans as necessary to adapt to changing needs.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them gain access to essential resources and fighting for their rights within the healthcare system and the broader community.

• Engage in the development, implementation, and evaluation of community programs that address the root causes of social issues impacting our client populations.

• Regularly collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteer groups to enhance the services we provide and share best practices within the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
