Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and diagnosis to clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate integrated care plans that facilitate access to comprehensive services for clients and their families.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and when necessary, arrange for more detailed assessments to ensure tailored care.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions designed to address client-specific concerns and goals.
\n
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal client outcomes and advance common objectives.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support during critical situations.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and the high standards of practice established by the organization.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed to encourage recovery and empowerment.
\n
• Regularly participate in agency committees to contribute to the enhancement of service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
