Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for individuals in the detox center, considering their unique personal histories, presenting concerns, and associated risk factors to develop appropriate interventions.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients, focusing on promoting mental well-being and addressing co-occurring disorders that may arise during detoxification.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed strategies to deliver individualized treatment effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, coping skills, and personal growth, ensuring continuity throughout the detox process.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to coordinate a spectrum of care, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive support.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly, employing de-escalation techniques and making necessary referrals to elevated care as situations demand.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making and sustained recovery efforts.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
