Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social and emotional needs of clients, facilitating personalized treatment plans to support their recovery journey.

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient electronic records system, adhering to compliance standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Actively participate in skills training and professional development opportunities, enhancing your clinical competencies and therapeutic skills.

• Communicate effectively with patients' families and caregivers, providing guidance, resources, and support to aid in the overall healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation for substance use disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by this patient population is crucial, as many clients may experience a range of emotional and psychological issues alongside their physical treatment. Your ability to provide empathetic care while fostering a trusting relationship with clients and families will significantly impact their overall treatment experience and recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to ensure preparedness in emergency situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
