Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges and substance abuse issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Administer therapeutic interventions and facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering support and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
