Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy and counseling strategies for individuals, families, and group settings.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans that support clients' overall wellness.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to essential community resources and support services.

• Document all client interactions, including treatment progress and outcomes, in electronic health records to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and remain updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population that includes individuals with varying socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and mental health conditions. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. You will employ a culturally competent approach to tailor treatment strategies that respect and align with clients’ unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services to clients.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in all aspects of clinical work.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in community health settings or telehealth environments is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Experience in advocating for clients within community resources and social service systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
