This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and provide therapeutic support tailored to their individual challenges.

• Performing thorough assessments and creating detailed, personalized care plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Supporting clients in setting and achieving personal milestones, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques and resilience-building strategies.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and educators within the school setting to provide integrated care that meets the needs of students and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily consist of school-aged children, adolescents, and their families within our community. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma related challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) without any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
