Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver outpatient care focused on clients' mental health challenges.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand each client's unique psychological, emotional, and social circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized care plans that set realistic and measurable goals for progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and approaches suited to the client’s needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and care plans within our electronic health record system.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals to community resources and additional health services as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
