Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities, which include:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities designed to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.

• Documenting clinical notes and treatment updates meticulously, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and relevant legal standards to maintain confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing treatment approaches and overall care quality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
