Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new and existing clients to identify mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with established therapeutic goals, continuously evaluating and adjusting them as necessary.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, utilizing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to monitor their progress and make data-informed decisions about treatment adaptations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and training initiatives to enhance your professional skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic services.
