Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth services while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Our core operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility for client appointments as needed. Our outpatient office serves as an organizational hub for team meetings and case conferences to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally informed and tailored to individual client experiences, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a range of mental health issues, adapting approaches based on cultural and personal client factors.

• Facilitate individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients to overcome their challenges and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering immediate therapeutic support and intervention, utilizing established crisis management protocols.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and assist in navigating community resources that support ongoing care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning through cultural competence training.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, supplemented with training in cultural competence.

• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic modalities in individual and group settings using inclusive and responsive techniques.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, exhibiting calm and effective judgment in emergency situations.

• Proficient in managing electronic health records (EHR) and familiar with various digital tools for therapy and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
