Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, identifying mental health concerns and formulating clinical diagnoses to guide treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention, offering timely support to clients during acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and initiating appropriate follow-up care.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, which encompass treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams, discussing client cases and strategizing comprehensive care plans to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children to adults, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate their unique challenges, build resilience, and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
