Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments for new clients to determine their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Assist in developing programs and initiatives focused on recovery and mental wellness, aimed at expanding the resources available to clients.

• Contribute to the evaluation of the VIEW program's effectiveness and suggest improvements as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic techniques.
