Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in delivering virtual counseling services.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

• A well-equipped home office setup with reliable internet, phone, and video capabilities to ensure seamless teletherapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of direct experience in a similar role is mandatory, additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) as well as familiarity with integrated care approaches will be viewed favorably. Candidates who have previously engaged in telehealth practices will find this advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
