Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by our clinical team to effectively evaluate clients' needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in creating positive behavior support plans to aid client recovery and community engagement.

• Actively participate in agency licensing and accreditation processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems, fostering open communication to enhance program effectiveness.

• Develop relationships with local and state agencies for potential collaborations, funding opportunities, and community resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending industry conferences and representing the agency at state meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to team goals and client care strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
