Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals suffering from mental health issues that are exacerbated by complex physical diagnoses, including autoimmune disorders, substance use issues, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach centers around understanding the individual’s complete health narrative, allowing effective strategies that bridge their mental and physical health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Psychologist within Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs for clients with co-occurring medical issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong commitment to patient confidentiality, with adherence to professional ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
